Human Resource Development and Adult Continuing Education is the field of learning, research, and practice of academic theory and practical solutions in a wide range of areas such as organizational development, training and development, career development, and adult education. The purpose of this major is to create practical knowledge that can realize a competitive lifelong learning society and lifelong learning organization by examining and solving various problem areas that arise in the era of lifelong learning and specifically exploring organizations and members. This major tracks human resource development and adult learning at the individual, organizational, regional, national, and international levels. Students will cultivate the necessary competencies as HRD & ACE experts such as educational practitioners, researchers, professors, and policy experts through learning and research to develop creative skills for solving current problems and creating future opportunities.
