교수소개

고려대학교 교육학과에서 학사, 대학원에서 성인계속교육 전공 석사학위를 취득한 후 기업체에서 8년간 인적자원개발과 인사전략 업무를 수행하였다. 이후 미국 텍사스A&M대학(Texas A&M University)에서 HRD 전공으로 박사학위를 취득하고 시애틀대학(Seattle University)과 인디애나-퍼듀대학(IUPUI)에서 각각 2년간 근무하였다. 현재 고려대학교 부교수로서 인적자원개발과 평생교육 분야에서 국내 및 해외 연구를 진행하고 있다. 주요 관심 연구주제는 글로벌리더십, 학습조직, 프로그램평가, 직무몰입, 창의성, 경력개발, 교수기법 등이다.
